Burmarc Environmental Ltd. was formed in 2007 from the environmental department at C.A. Clase UK Ltd. Its formation allows us to focus more directly on our responsibilities to our customers.

With over 20 years experience in the water industry, our team has become an authority on the essential technologies for water, wastewater and effluent analysis.

Although a new company, our strength lies in the benefit of the long term partnership between our technical team and our principal supplier, WTW GmbH. This enables us to offer excellent product application knowledge and experience to back up the quality equipment we supply.

For over 60 years WTW GmbH has pioneered technology tailored for the water industry. Their expertise is widely acknowledged and their developments in electrochemistry have set the industry benchmark.

At Burmarc Environmental we believe that the support we give our customers is as valuable as the instruments themselves. We offer help and advice from planning a project, through equipment recommendation and supply, commissioning and training, to instrument service and calibration, to ensure you always get the best from your investment.

In addition to WTW, we supply and support environmental logging equipment from Driesen & Kern GmbH and oceanographic CTD loggers from Star Oddi in Iceland.

We support a wide range of measurements vital to protecting the aquatic environment. Core measurements such as Dissolved Oxygen, pH, and conductivity are complemented by ion selective electrodes for a number of parameters - primarily ammonium and nitrate.

We have a wealth of experience with BOD and COD (Biological Oxygen Demand and Chemical Oxygen Demand) the industry standards for measuring organic loading of waste waters and can provide simple photometric tests for a huge range of contaminants from ammonium to zinc.
