In general, WTW do not sell directly to UK companies and will refer your enquiry to us by email or fax. BACK Are the instruments you supply under warranty? All new products carry a manufacturers warranty for at least one year. For many WTW products, the meters carry a 3 year warranty and the sensors 1 year. Do they come with detailed instructions on how to use them? Yes, they will include full technical documentation including a User Guide. We also provide full telephone support for all products purchased through Burmarc Environmental. BACK What training can you provide? We can provide tailored, onsite training for UK based individuals or groups. Please contact us with your requirements. BACK Do you commission the equipment? We can provide this service, please contact us. BACK Do you have a returns policy? As we have an extensive range of equipment, please ask for advice on the most suitable instrument for your application before you order as we will normally charge a re-stocking fee of 15% if the instrument has been correctly delivered in accordance with an order. BACK Can I return my instrument for calibration/service? We have a fully authorised workshop for service, repairs and calibration.
