We know that everyone’s application is unique, often complex and may require advice to help choose the most suitable instruments for your requirements.

Please use the website to view a representative sample of our product range.

This version of the website does not show our full product list which extends to over 2000 instrument and sensor combinations. We will be adding the complete range in future website development but in the meantime, please call us on
01420 473334 to discuss your choice and confirm prices and expected delivery date.

If required we can send you a full quote confirming price, delivery & VAT.

You can also request information about our products via any of the contact methods included on our contact us page.

We are committed to improving our service to you and plan to add an online sales facility later this year. In the meantime, please place your order by phone, email, fax or post. We have several payment methods: credit / debit card, cheque or BACS Bank Transfer.

For new customers, we will send a proforma invoice and your order will be processed on receipt of funds in our account. For Account holders, our terms are STRICTLY 30 DAYS from invoice date.

Pay through your Burmarc Environmental Account.

If you have an account with us, please inform us at the time of order. If you would like to open an account with us then click Open an Account and follow the instructions.

To pay via your Burmarc Environmental Account, we will need the following information:

	Account Name
	Delivery Address
	Contact Name
	Telephone Number
	Official Order Number

We aim to process the order within 2 working days. Please view our delivery terms.

Our account payment terms are STRICTLY 30 DAYS from invoice date. There will be a charge for late payment.

Pay by Credit / Debit card.

For UK customers: You can place an order and pay by credit / debit card. We will confirm the details of the order, the full price including shipping and VAT, and the expected delivery date.

To process your order, we will need the following information, which you can give us on the phone, by fax, email or post:

	Card Holder's Name
	Card Holder's Address
	Delivery Address - if different from Card Holder's Address
	Credit / Debit Card type
	Credit / Debit Card No.
	Credit / Debit Card Security Code
	Credit / Debit Card Expiry Date
	Telephone Number

Following card authorisation, we will process the order, invoice and payment receipt for the credit / debit card transaction. Please view our delivery terms.

Pay by cheque.

You can place an order and pay by cheque. We will confirm the details of the order, the full price including shipping and VAT, and the expected delivery date.

If required we can send you a proforma invoice.

Cheques should be made payable to "Burmarc Environmental Ltd.”

Pay by BACS Bank Transfer.

You can place an order and pay by BACS Bank Transfer. We will confirm the details of the order, the full price including shipping and VAT, and the expected delivery date.

You will need our account details which we can give you over the phone or we can send a proforma invoice which has the information you need to set up the payment via your bank.

When the funds have cleared our account, we will process the order.

To process your order, we will need the following information:

	Customer's Name
	Invoice Address
	Delivery Address - if different from Invoice Address
	Telephone Number

We will dispatch the order, invoice and payment receipt for the BACS Bank Transfer transaction.

Delivery / Shipping

Unless otherwise instructed, we use a "next day" courier service. If you have special delivery requirements, such as delivery before 10.00 am, please ensure we know this at the time of order.

For ex-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 2 days (normally 1 day). For out of stock items, delivery is normally 7 to 10 days from receipt of order.
