Repairs

We have a fully authorised workshop providing an engineering service, both for repairs and for the development of bespoke systems for special applications. We have extensive experience in telemetry, data transmission and communications.

If you have an item that needs evaluation or repair, please download the RMA form and return this with your item to ensure we know how to contact you and how the problem has manifested itself.

There is a charge of £45 for this service. If the product is subsequently repaired or replaced with new, this charge will be credited to the purchase.

If the item is a Dissolved Oxygen probe, it will be necessary to regenerate it at a cost of £55 and this charge is non-refundable.

Once the unit is repaired we will carry out a full function check, there is an extra charge if the customer requires a certificate of calibration.

Our Engineers and Technicians regularly attend training courses with the Manufacturers to maintain an up to date knowledge base.
